The Role: Advisor

Do you have high emotional intelligence and love helping people? We are looking for advisors to join our platform and provide spiritual consultations to users worldwide, managing your own practice within our ecosystem

No experience in astrology or tarot? No problem! Through the Nebula Academy, we will provide a comprehensive certification path, enabling you to master spiritual tools from scratch and launch a professional practice on our global platform

Flexible Availability & Slots

As an advisor, you are in control of your schedule. You choose the 8-hour availability windows that best fit your lifestyle while matching the peak demand of our global audience:

• Daytime Slots: Usually starting between 14:00 and 16:00 (14:00–22:00 | 14:30–22:30 | 15:00–23:00 | 15:30–23:30 | 16:00–00:00).

• Evening & Nighttime (High Demand): Slots starting between 20:00 and 23:00 (20:00–04:00 | 21:00–05:00 | 22:00–06:00 | 23:00–07:00 | 00:00–08:00).
  
  Night Rate: Get an extra +$15 per session block for slots starting from 22:00 as a high-demand incentive.

Patterns & Planning:

Choose a rhythm that feels right for you. We provide structured rotation patterns designed to support balance and consistency:

• For Night/Evening availability: 2 days on/2 off and 3 days on/2 off

• For Daytime availability: 3 days on/2 off or 4 days on/2 off

What You'll Do:

• Chat & Consult: Guide clients via live 1-1 chats and, optionally, via audio calls.

• Guide & Support: Use your spiritual tools and intuition to support people on their journey.

• Empathy & Impact: Offer compassionate, insightful, and empowering guidance to help clients find clarity.

• Stay Independent: You shape your own approach with clients; Nebula provides the platform and support.

Who We Are Looking For:

• English Proficiency: Strong conversational and written English skills.

• Professional Interest: Deep interest or existing knowledge in spiritual practices (Astrology, Tarot, Coaching, etc.).

• Communication Excellence: High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with users.

• Tech Basics: You have a laptop/PC, use Google Chrome, and can type at 35+ WPM.

• Nebula Academy: Readiness to complete the certification and utilize the platform's knowledge base and mentorship resources.

• Bonus: If you have a background in psychology, counseling, or coaching — that’s a huge plus!

• Health-Related Pause: 8 days for health or personal needs—fully covered and hassle-free, no paperwork or formalities required; Up to 15 covered days per year for longer health-related breaks (with professional confirmation).
