  • The entire selection process and onboarding are completely free of charge. We never request payments at any stage.

  • All communication regarding your selection status will be conducted via email. Please make sure to check your inbox regularly, and don’t forget to look in your spam or junk folder just in case!

  • To ensure a stable and high-quality experience for users, please use a PC or laptop. Mobile phone access is not supported for advisor activity.

  • Yes, your journey begins with a 4-day welcome period designed to get you ready for a global audience. You’ll start by setting up your profile and exploring our Academy, where you’ll find helpful resources and tips for advisors. You will also have a brief meeting with a Nebula Mentor to talk about your goals before your profile goes live, allowing you to start sharing your wisdom with millions of users.

  • The selection process includes several steps:

    • Fill out a short application form
    • Complete a practice assignment
    • Join a chat simulation to verify your skills
    • Complete the verification process
    • Get on board and start your journey with us.

  • Earnings are processed monthly, typically between the 1st and 7th of each month. We support several convenient methods, including Payoneer and PayPal. You will select your preferred method during the selection process.

  • Most of our global clients speak English. To ensure the best connection and comfort for everyone, our platform currently supports guidance in English only.
